Please be sure to carefully read and understand all the rights and restrictions set forth in this Handwise User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") (minors should be accompanied by a legal guardian). Unless you accept the terms of this Agreement, you are not authorized to download, install or use the Software and its related services. Once you install, copy, download, access or otherwise use this software product, you will be deemed to have accepted this Agreement, and you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install, copy or use the Software.
This "Agreement" is a legal agreement between the user (or "you" refers to the individual or organization that registers, logs in, uses and browses the service) and SHENZHEN LDROBOT CO., LTD (hereinafter referred to as "LDROBOT") and its affiliates regarding the download, installation, use and copying of Handwise software (including but not limited to LDROBOT products, programs and services, hereinafter referred to as "software" or "Handwise") attached to this Agreement.
All intellectual property rights of the "Software", as well as all information related to the "Software", including but not limited to: text expressions and their combinations, icons, graphics, images, charts, colors, interface design, layout frames, related data, additional programs, printed materials or electronic documents, etc., are owned by LDROBOT and are protected by copyright laws, international copyright treaties and other intellectual property laws and regulations.
2.1 The Software is free of charge and users may download, install and use the Software in a non-commercial, unlimited number of quantities.
2.2 Reproduction, Distribution and Distribution: Users may copy, distribute and distribute the Software Product in a non-commercial and unlimited quantity. provided, however, that each copy, distribution and transmission must be complete and truthful, including all software, electronic documentation, copyrights and trademarks relating to the Software Product, including this Agreement. If the user exceeds the scope of this license and sells or uses the services of this software for other commercial purposes, LDROBOT has the right to immediately terminate the provision of products and services to the user without notifying the user, and pursue its legal responsibility according to law, and require it to compensate for all losses.
3.1 Prohibition of reverse engineering, decompilation and disassembly: The user shall not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the software product, and shall not alter any resources compiled inside the program file. Except as expressly permitted by laws and regulations, the User must comply with the restrictions of this Agreement.
3.2 Component Splitting: The Software Product is licensed as a single product, and the User may not separate the parts for any purpose.
3.3 Individual Authorization: If you need to sell, copy, and distribute it commercially, including but not limited to software sales, pre-installation, bundling, etc., you must obtain written authorization and permission from LDROBOT.
3.4 Reserved Rights: All other rights not expressly authorized by this Agreement shall remain with LDROBOT, and the user must obtain the written consent of LDROBOT when using other rights.
4.1 The personal information you provide here is only for the purpose of registering a LDROBOT account in the LDROBOT User Center. Users who register a LDROBOT account must agree to and abide by the LDROBOT User Agreement. You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions of the Software, and the Software will retain or terminate your account in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. You must promise and guarantee.
You understand and agree that this software is an application service product, and the user shall be fully responsible for the authenticity, legitimacy and validity of the registration information. Users shall not impersonate others, shall not publish any information in the name of others, and shall not maliciously use the registered account to cause other users to misidentify, otherwise we have the right to immediately stop providing services, and you will bear all legal responsibilities arising therefrom.
Handwise is an APP service that provides software support services for the LDROBOT lawn mower robot (hereinafter referred to as the lawn mower), and is an APP service used with the LDROBOT lawn mower robot.
5.1 Functions of theLDROBOT lawn mower robot
5.1.1 Global mowing
By triggering the button of the lawn mower or clicking the mowing function of the corresponding Handwise App, the user can realize the mowing function of the lawn by the LDROBOT lawn mower robot, and the robot will intelligently plan the path and mow the grass according to the planned path. This function will not collect and upload any of your personal information.
5.1.2 Spot mowing
Tap the MOW button of the lawn mower and press and hold the recharge button of the lawn mower for 3 seconds to do a spiral mow with a radius of 1.5m from the position to achieve the mowing of a certain area that requires special treatment. (The data of the 1.5m radius comes from the laboratory physical test environment, and you understand and understand that there may be errors in the actual use process.) This feature does not collect and upload any of your personal information.
5.1.3 Smart recharge
The lawn mower has the function of saving the track, whether it started from the charging pile or not, it can be returned to the charging pile to charge after completing the task. When the power of the lawn mower is less than 10%, in order to protect the battery, it will also automatically pause the task and return to charging, and automatically return to the resuming point after the charging is completed. This feature does not collect and upload any of your personal information.
5.1.4 Remote control
After the lawn mower is bound to the Handwise App, users can remotely control it to mow or recharge, as long as the device is not offline, you can command it. This feature does not collect and upload any of your personal information.
5.1.5 Schedule
Users can set a scheduled task based on their usage. The lawn mower will automatically mow the grass when it reaches the set time. This feature does not collect and upload any of your personal information.
5.1.6 View mowing records
The mowing record of each lawn mower (such as mowing area, mowing area, mowing track, etc.) will be recorded, and you can view your mowing record in the Handwise APP that you registered and logged into. You understand and know that this feature only allows you to view the mowing records under your account, and you do not have the right to view other people's. This feature does not collect and upload any of your personal information.
5.1.7 Adjust the cutting height
Users can adjust the mowing height according to their own usage. This feature does not collect and upload any of your personal information.
5.1.8 System Update
When there are new features or optimizations, we will improve the lawn mower by updating the system, and you understand and know that updating the system can continue to provide you with a better service experience. This feature does not collect and upload any of your personal information.
5.1.9 Shared Devices
The lawn mower supports the sharing of one lawn mower by the whole family, and you can log in to the Handwise app to use this function by registering a LDROBOT account.
5.1.10 Abnormal Broadcasting
When there is an abnormality in the lawn mower, such as being entangled or stuck, the error code will be displayed on the screen of the lawn mower and a message will be pushed to the app, so that you can know it as soon as possible.
The implementation of the above functions requires you to operate exactly in accordance with the instructions of the lawn mower robot.
5.2 This software is applicable for Android and iOS smartphones. It supports Android version 4.4 and above, as well as iOS version 8.0 and above. If users wish to discontinue the use of this software for any reason after installation, they can use the deletion method provided by each operating system to remove this software.
5.3 You understand and accept that Handwise will cooperate with third parties to provide services that may include sharing, advertising,ETC.And you understand and agree to include advertisements from acto and third-party suppliers and partners in the services.
5.4 This software is supported by LDROBOT Company.
5.5 Modification and upgrade of the software: LDROBOT reserves the right to provide users with modified and upgraded versions of the software at any time. After the user chooses to confirm, the software will be upgraded and updated, and the corresponding data traffic fee will be charged, which will be charged by the operator.
5.6 The Software does not contain any malicious code aimed at destroying user data and obtaining user privacy information, does not contain any functional code for monitoring and monitoring the user's computer, does not collect user personal files, documents and other information, and does not leak user privacy.
5.7 The User shall use the Software in accordance with the law and this Agreement. The user is not authorized to carry out any of the following acts, including but not limited to:
5.7.1 Delete or change all rights management electronic information on the Software;
5.7.2 Deliberately avoid or destroy the technical measures taken by the copyright owner to protect the copyright of the Software;
5.7.3 Use the Software to mislead or deceive others;
5.7.4 Deleting, modifying, adding, or interfering with the functions of the computer information system in violation of national regulations, resulting in the normal operation of the computer information system;
5.7.5 Entering the computer information network or using computer information network resources without permission;
5.7.6 Deleting, modifying or adding computer information network functions without permission;
5.7.7 Deleting, modifying or adding data and applications stored, processed or transmitted in the computer information network without permission;
5.7.8 Damage the normal operation of the software system or website, deliberately spread computer viruses and other destructive programs;
5.7.9 Any other behavior that endangers the security of computer information network;
5.8 LDROBOT will provide users with various Internet and communication value-added services related to this service according to the development of the market and technology, including free and paid value-added services, and will prompt them on relevant pages. LDROBOT reserves the right to charge fees for relevant value-added services and change the charging standards and methods. If the relevant service is changed from free to paid service, LDROBOT will notify in an appropriate form, and the user can choose to accept or refuse the paid service independently, and guarantee that when using the paid service, the fee will be paid in accordance with the relevant charging regulations of LDROBOT. If the payment is refused or the fee is in arrears, LDROBOT has the right to stop the service, and recover losses and compensation according to law.
6.1 LDROBOT undertakes to comply with the provisions of applicable laws on privacy rights.
6.2 LDROBOT has established strict rules for the processing of user-uploaded information and security protection measures to ensure that user information is not collected beyond the purpose and scope, to ensure the security of user-uploaded information, and to ensure that user-uploaded information is not abused.
6.3 LDROBOT has formulated the following four privacy protection principles to guide how we deal with issues related to user privacy and user information in our products:
6.3.1 Use the information we collect to provide users with valuable products and services.
6.3.2 Develop products that comply with privacy standards and practices.
6.3.3 Make the collection of personal information transparent and supervised by an authoritative third party.
6.3.4 use our best efforts to protect the information in our possession.

7.1 The user acknowledges that he is aware of all the functions of the software and the necessary operations carried out by LDROBOT to realize the functions of the software, and that he voluntarily chooses to use the software and related services according to his own needs, and that the risks and all consequences of using the software and related services will be borne by him/herself, and LDROBOT does not assume any responsibility.
7.2 The Software has been tested in detail, but it cannot be guaranteed to be fully compatible with all hardware and software systems, and it cannot be guaranteed that the Software is completely error-free. In case of incompatibilities and software errors, users can call the technical support number to report the situation to LDROBOT for technical support. If the compatibility issue cannot be resolved, the user may remove the software.
7.3 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LDROBOT shall not be liable for any damages and risks arising from the use or inability to use the Software, including but not limited to direct or indirect personal damage, loss of business profits, trade interruption, loss of business information or any other economic losses.
7.4 LDROBOT shall not be liable for any loss caused by the failure of the telecommunications system or Internet network, computer failure or virus, damage or loss of information, computer system problems or any other force majeure cause.
7.5 Users shall speak in a civilized manner in the process of using the software services, and respect the personal rights of other users such as personality rights and identity rights in accordance with the law, and jointly establish a harmonious, civilized and polite online social environment.
7.6 The user must also comply with the following principles in the process of using the software services:
7.6.1 shall not violate the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and relevant international treaties or rules;
7.6.2 Do not violate the network protocols, regulations, procedures and industry rules related to network services and LDROBOT services;
7.6.3 shall not violate the requirements of the "seven bottom lines" such as laws and regulations, the socialist system, national interests, the legitimate rights and interests of citizens, public order, social morality and the authenticity of information;
7.6.4 Do not engage in any conduct that may adversely affect the normal operation of the Internet or mobile network;
7.6.5 Not to upload, display, or disseminate any false, impersonating, harassing, defamatory, offensive, abusive, insulting, threatening, racially discriminatory, slanderous, privacy-invading, adult content, maliciously plagiarized, or any other illegal information or materials.
7.6.6 Shall not infringe in any way the intellectual property rights such as patent rights, copyrights, trademark rights, or personal rights and interests such as name, title, reputation, honor, portrait and privacy rights, or any other legitimate rights and interests enjoyed by any other person in accordance with the law;
7.6.7 shall not infringe in any way the rights and/or interests of LDROBOT or do any act against LDROBOT;
7.6.8 You shall not engage in any other behavior that affects the normal operation of the software platform, destroys the business model of the software platform, or other harmful software platform ecology.
7.7 LDROBOT has the right to review, supervise and process the user's behavior and information on the use of software services, including but not limited to user information (account information, personal information, etc.), published content (location, text, pictures, audio, video, trademarks, patents, publications, etc.), user behavior (building relationships, comments, participating in topics, participating in activities, publishing marketing information, reporting and complaints, etc.). If it is found or received from a third party that the user violates the relevant provisions of Article 4 of the rules of use of this Agreement when using the software services, LDROBOT or its authorized entities have the right to require the user to follow the reasonable judgment of the user:
7.7.1 Correction within a time limit:
7.7.2 Take all necessary measures to mitigate or eliminate the effects of the User's misconduct without notice and, to the extent possible, notify the User after processing. The above necessary measures include, but are not limited to, changing, blocking or deleting relevant content, warning the offending account, restricting or prohibiting part or all of the functions of the offending account, suspending, terminating, or canceling the user's right to use the software services, etc.
7.7.3 If the user has any problems in the process of using LDROBOT services, he can contact us for assistance through the app or via email at SolutionService-Carina@outlook.com.
7.8 Please use the Software on the premise of ensuring the safety of yourself and others and complying with relevant laws and regulations.
7.9 For the rules and instructions for the use of some specific LDROBOT services, LDROBOT will regard any statements, notices, warnings and other contents made by various means (including but not limited to web announcements, system notifications, private messages, SMS reminders, etc.) as part of this Agreement, and if the user uses such LDROBOT services, it is deemed that the user agrees to the content of the statement, notice and warning.
7.10 The user violates the provisions of this Agreement and causes damage to LDROBOT. LDROBOT has the right to take measures including but not limited to interrupting the use license, stopping the provision of services, restricting use, and pursuing legal action.
8.1 This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
8.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be settled through friendly negotiation between the parties; If the negotiation fails, the arbitration shall be arbitrated by the Beijing Arbitration Commission and its arbitration rules shall be accepted, and the arbitral award shall be binding on both parties.
9.1 If any provision of this Agreement is wholly or partially invalid or unenforceable for any reason, or violates any applicable law, that provision shall be deemed deleted, but the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain valid and binding.
9.2 LDROBOT has the right to modify this Agreement at any time according to the changes in relevant laws and regulations, as well as the adjustment of the company's operating conditions and business strategies. The revised protocol will be accompanied by the release of the new version of the software. In the event of a dispute, the latest version of the Agreement shall prevail. If you do not agree with the changes, you may delete the Software yourself. If you continue to use the Software, you will be deemed to have accepted the changes to this Agreement.
9.3 LDROBOT has the right to interpret and modify this Agreement to the fullest extent permitted by law.
